Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can ask for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your service to process your money-back. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
