However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may get your money back for a full refund only.

Refunds Request & Process
1- Request:
To submit a refund request, you may send an email to our support team. It must include the following information:
- Your name and contact information.
- Order ID and service details.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Any supporting documentation that would assist in the evaluation of the request.

2- Process:
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your service to process your money-back.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
3- Time-frame for refunds:
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase.
If you are not satisfied with the service, you can ask for a refund.
Refund Eligibility
Users are eligible for a refund for the following reasons:
- No design work or planning has been undertaken.
- The project has not been initiated, and no development work has commenced.
- If we receive payment more than once due to a technical error at the time of purchase or subscription renewal, the additional amount collected will be eligible for a refund.
- If you have paid for a subscription/service on our website and experienced technical issues that our support team cannot resolve.
Refund Exceptions
No refunds are provided for:
- If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
- Services paid for by our website (such as running ads).
- You don’t want the service after you’ve downloaded it (graphic designs, articles).
- You simply change your mind.
- Services and any amount of work has been done.
